1891 census. South Hayfarm. Nephew John Annand was working as farm servant.

1901 census. At Hayfarm with 8 children, 1 servant & 5 boarders.

Emigrated to Canada with his daughter Kristie. Died in Canada - stone at Cruden for son William and in Alexander's memory.
